French Toast Recipe
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoons brown sugar
- 8 slices white bread
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon or any chosen fruit
- In a shallow dish, beat the eggs, add the milk, brown sugar; stir well to combine.
- Soak bread slices in the egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Brown slices on both sides, serve with cinnamon or fruit, if desired.
